I am so pleased with KIPP Triumph and feel confident that each of my children are being challenged, supported and cared for at this school. The teachers are some of the hardest working and always accessible, even in the evening for homework questions. I love the home visits the school does at the start of the year and the family events throughout. It has been a blessing to find a school like Triumph in my community.
  • Poor LeadershipParent 01/04/2017
I only gave them one start because no stars wasn't an option. This particular KIPP school is a joke. Since opening in 2015 they have lost at least five teachers, three of which have left since the start of the 2016-2017 school year. With some of the reasons for their leaving being due to poor leadership, ie the Principal. This school needs to be taken over by regional leadership and changes need to be made immediately. The sixth grade students aren't learning science, because there is no science teacher (he quit after a couple weeks) the assistant school leader is teaching reading (after BOTH reading teachers quit in the middle of the year). I would explore other magnet schools before sending your child to KIPP Triumph. They are very misleading in their approach to new families.
  • There is no complete adult supervision Parent 07/26/2016
My step son attended there last school year for 5th grade, and he was constantly bullied and kids often tried to fight him. Being that we are not there in St. Louis we are really concerned for his well being and safety. Please look closely into bullying policies. Thank you
