  • St. Margaret of Scotland campus is composed of 3 buildings: 1918, 1966, 2015 -- first time in 50 years that a new, standalone Catholic parish school building will be constructed in the city.
  • 100% of our students are accepted into the Catholic High School of choice or their private or magnet high school of choice.
  • We welcome families of diverse ethnic/racial/financial backgrounds embracing our similarities and our differences, always celebrating our shared human dignity. The most recent addition to our staff and school as a whole is our Coordinator of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity.
  • We welcome families of all faiths within our Catholic school sharing prayer and worship together.
  • Besides teaching all the core subjects, our students enjoy art class in 2nd through 8th, mindfulness practice at all grade levels, Suzuki violin for those who choose, music at all grade levels, Teen Outreach Program in middle school.
  • Extracurriculars: Mindfulness Practice, Suzuki Violin, middle school choir within the school day. Chess, Sports, Scouts after school
  • Gifted Education: We differentiate to meet the needs of average to gifted students.

  • Parent Involvement: Parents, after having attended Protecting God's Children, are encouraged to volunteer in any number of of committees and events and are always welcomed during the school day to be present at school.

    for the 2017-2018 Kindergarten school year, there have been so many applications, that they are not able to accept all parish families at this point, let alone non-Catholics in the neighborhood (like us)
